NWPC is collecting food donations for Thanksgiving baskets that will be provided to families in need from the New Castle area. Now through Nov. 14, donated items can be dropped off in the grocery cart and baskets located inside the church entrances.
Items requested are:
- canned yams.
- canned gravy evaporated milk cranberry sauce.
- pie crust mix.
- pie filling (fruit or pumpkin) stuffing mix.
- canned vegetables.
Money for a turkey can be donated. Make a check out for $15 and mark “birds” on your check memo line and drop it off at the church office or place it in the offering baskets at worship on Nov. 14.
